H&J Martin Asset Management Services carry out responsive building maintenance, planned/preventative maintenance and small minor works which include mechanical and electrical works, building services, construction, civil engineering, roofing, joinery, flooring, window and door repairs, painting, glazing works and other specialist works including appliance room door maintenance and servicing.
In addition to the above we are responsible for reactive support which is required 24 hours per day, 365/366 days per year. Monthly KPI meetings are attended and where required we assist with project cost plans, budget control and minor works up to the value of £30,000 per project.
